Russia | Victoria 3 State & Revolution DLC | Livestream 1

The Russian Empire stands at a crossroads. From the frozen reaches of Siberia to the restless streets of St. Petersburg, the winds of change are blowing. Will we guide the Tsar to absolute, modernized supremacy, or will the weight of the new State & Revolution mechanics bring the empire crashing down into radical upheaval? Welcome back to The7StarGeneral! Today, we are kicking off a brand-new Victoria 3 campaign, playing as Russia with all DLC enabled. We’re running this strictly vanilla, no mods, to test our raw grand strategy skills against the systemic friction and political volatility of the new expansion. Expect deep economic planning, brutal political maneuvering, and likely a few national crises along the way. ⚙️ Today's Campaign Directives: • Navigate the Turmoil: Testing the limits of the new State & Revolution political mechanics. • Awaken the Economy: Dragging a massive, agrarian Russian economy into the industrial age. • Maintain Control: Balancing the demands of the intelligentsia and the rural masses before the powder keg ignites. Grab a drink, settle in, and let's see if we can rewrite the 19th century. 🔔 Join the Ranks: If you enjoy immersive, deep-dive grand strategy, hit that LIKE button and SUBSCRIBE so you never miss a live campaign or VOD! 📦 Mod list & Version: Version: 1.15.0 Mods: None 📂 Connect with The7StarGeneral: Full Playlist:    • Russia | Victoria 3: State & Revolution 20...   📱 Follow The7StarGeneral on Social Media: TikTok:   / the7stargeneral   Facebook Fan Page:   / the7stargeneral   Twitter (X):   / calebbuchinger   Discord Server:   / discord   Instagram:   / the7stargeneral   Gab: https://www.gab.com/CalebBuchinger 💰 Support The7StarGeneral: Tip Page: https://streamlabs.com/the7stargenera...
