Over 97% of People Fail This 40-Egg Äggakaka Swedish Egg Cake Challenge in Ystad!!

American professional eater Randy Santel versus Möllers Bryggeri's 40-Egg Äggakaka Swedish Egg Cake Challenge hosted by Möllers Bryggeri in Ystad, Sweden of Scandinavia!! For final man vs food challenge #6 of six in Sweden, ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I traveled south to Ystad at the bottom of Sweden, so we could head to Möllers Bryggeri and each attempt their 40-Egg Äggakaka (also spelled Äggakaga) Swedish Egg Cake Challenge!! Over 400 people have tried this challenge, and there had only been eleven winners before I attempted it. Therefore, over 97% of people fail this challenge, which is a scary statistic!! One of the past winners is our British friend ‪@Beardmeatsfood‬ who recommended that we take the trip down south to try this unique and very traditional Swedish food challenge. Katina went first and her video is linked below. I had one full hour to feast on a giant "eggy pancake" that is baked slowly on top of a stove. This one is made with 40 eggs plus lots of butter, flour, sugar, cream, and other ingredients. For this challenge, the giant 1.6 kg (3.5 lbs) egg cake is topped with 700 grams (1.5 lbs) of pork belly, which is thicker than bacon, and also called fläsk. All of that is then topped with lots of locally sourced lingonberries, which are delicious!! I was trying to become just the 12th person to finish everything within one hour to win my 350 SEK (~$34.50 USD) traditional Swedish meal free plus a spot on Möllers Bryggeri's Wall of Fame. Please note that the beer drank during the video was just optional and not required. Since it is a brewery as well, and I wasn't driving, I wanted to have a beer with my challenge meal.
