Put Used Tea Leaves on Your Floor and Watch What Happens 6 Uses Japanese Mothers Swear By

That little green pile at the bottom of your teapot? Don't throw it out. My mother, Okaasan, wrote in her household ledger that she used her tea "three times," and it took me years to understand why. In this video I show you 6 ways Japanese mothers put used tea leaves back to work: sweeping dust off the floor, pulling fish and onion smells out of your cutting board, freshening shoes, a tea bath whose water cleans the floors the next morning, feeding your houseplants, and keeping the fridge smelling clean (plus the real reason your fridge still smells after you bought the baking soda box). Every one comes with the exact method and an honest limit, so you know what it does and what it doesn't. Tell me in the comments what your dustpan looked like, and what your grandmother used to call you. #mottainai #cleaninghacks #japanesehome
