2019 Tour of Britain passes through High Spen:

The 2019 Tour of Britain passes (briefly) through the little Tyneside village of High Spen. Most of the entourage is shown in the clip (about 10 x police motorcyclists passed by at high speed w/sirens prior to this clip.) The peloton passes at about 6:05, quite a thrilling sight, it was. That's my fingertip at top right partway through.
