Lauren James grew up in a house of football & despite her own star continuing to rise, she feels that more needs to be done to address the lack of diversity in the women's game. Introducing the LJ10 scholarship - her own initiative, backed by her brand partners & the London FA, to help young scholars from diverse backgrounds, each with huge potential, fulfill that potential.
