The village was destroyed by the British army before 1918 because of the clash with Nawab Yar Muhammad khan as he had good relation with the emperor of Afghanistan. The British government didn’t like their relation with the Afghani emperor as their state comes into their territory. After the village was destroyed in 1918, one of the sons of Nawab Yar Muhammad khan , Ghulam Haider rebuilt the village. The Britisher didn’t destroy two places in the village, the worship place and the guest area, and destroyed all the village. In 1818 it was rebuilt and till this date it is standing still as you can see it When the British army used to come and Nawab army fought a battle with them in a result, people from both sides faced death ms of their people. Two British army fighter jets were also shot down by village people. The leftover of jets were still down there in a shrine named Shrona Baba shrine They use to bombard the village from mortar placed on the fort Shagai, but still failed to target the fort of Nawab yar Muhammad khan. Then they used some boxes filled with gin powder, and provided a current from far away through a wire, some the bombs exploded and the whole village was destroyed. And my grandfather also got a bullet in his thighs. According to my father Ameer Abdur Rehman gave 2 mortars and one sward which of made of gold and some names was written on it. This place used to have a lower balcony, but then I rebuilt and also made this school here. I a school teacher with fixed pay, but still, Alhamdulillah I tried to rebuild all this. Once a political agent visited this area and was invited by Malik Sajawal UL Mulk for a lunch. In past the political agents use to give more importance to these areas, political agent was considered to be the king of any agency use to give permits for Maliks for the trade in Afghanistan. There were a lot of privileges for Maliks of areas When my brother was a Malik the Presidential field marshal Ayub khan gave him 2 pieces of land in Mufazzargar, one is 55 jerab and the other is 110 jerab. Ayub khan gave many other privileges to tribal people. KB (Khan Bahadur) was his name used in officials and also received Victoria cross from Britishers Yar Muhammad Khan had a good relation with ameer Abdur Rehman, who was the emperor of Afghanistan at that time. His full name was Yar Muhammad Khan He belonged to the tribe pukhtoon tribe Afridi and sub tribe Malik Din Khel, within Malik din Khel he belonged to Janda Khel and most of the Maliks belonged to janda khel In 1947 when Pakistan came into being the Nawabi system was terminated and Maliki system was introduced. This fort is about 140 marla and it’s height is round about 19-29 meter. Limestone is used instead of the cement in this whole structure and the roof is made from woods and clay. There are 8 rooms in the fort. Sangi are there for the defense purpose they are little outward from the actual wall and it's easy to fire the enemy. If some enemy is standing just below, it will be easy to fire at them. This is for security, it's a nose like structure.
