Edin-Ådahl - Alibi - 1982

Edin-Ådahl was a Swedish Christian pop/rock band formed in 1978 by brothers Bertil and Lasse Edin and Frank and Simon Ådahl. Blending melodic pop/rock with a distinctive West Coast sound, the group became one of Scandinavia’s best-known Christian bands during the 1980s and early 1990s. Their 1984 album Alibi was released in the United States, where “Saviour” received CCM chart attention. In 1990, Edin-Ådahl won Sweden’s Melodifestivalen with “Som en vind” and represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest. They later achieved further success in Christian music with “Heaven Into My Soul” and toured Europe with Petra in 1992. Taken from the 1982 album Alibi. Label: CBS — Cat.
