MEET YOURSELF MEDITAION (Sketch) Mindfulness Course DB1

My artwork is an experimental sketchbook recording called Meet Yourself Meditation, recorded specifically for this class and discussion board post. It is not meant to be music, but a mind-body meet up using a light crystal-bowl introduction, a few minutes of stereo droning around the head, and an etheric outro with Zen chimes and a small lunar pulse bowl. Stereo headphones are recommended, as tones are placed around the head in a specific manner; I hope it offers the meditator a light, refreshing sense of more cohesiveness within themselves.
