Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright | Full Blind Playthrough (Part 48)

I'm beating EVERY Ace Attorney game! Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is the classic courtroom adventure that started it all, a mix of investigation, evidence gathering and intense trials where one wrong move could cost your client everything. This video continues my playthrough of Episode 5: Rise from the Ashes. Edgeworth is still stuck on the jar and wants to know what actually changed now that we know Ema saw it. We dig into the blood on that jar, connect the dots to spell out Ema's name and the court goes quiet. After the recess we call Chief Gant to the stand. He tries to play innocent about the SL-9 scene, but the jar fragment we found in his safe and the missing half of the evidence list say otherwise. Lana's testimony starts cracking under pressure and it becomes clear Gant got to the crime scene first, arranged everything and has been controlling her ever since. From there we turn to the current case. The last ID number on the record matches the code for Gant's safe, so he was definitely in the evidence room that day. Goodman's lost item report shows he filed it with the Chief right after Jake stole his card. We piece together that Gant met him there and the screwdriver and parking stub show how the body ended up in Edgeworth's trunk so that Lana could take care of the rest. The judge finally asks us to show proof that Chief Gant murdered Detective Goodman and made Lana dispose of the body. Can we pin it on him before he walks out of the courtroom? Let's find out together! Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney follows rookie defense attorney Phoenix Wright as he takes on tough cases, uncovers the truth and battles it out in court with the power of evidence, testimony and a little bit of luck. Episode 5 brings the jar, the safe and Gant's long game into focus.
