Vinegar 醋 (2 Tbsp) 3. Egg 鸡蛋 (2 pcs/105g) 4. Caster Sugar 细砂糖 (170g) 5. Corn Oil 玉米油 (110g) 6. Vanilla 香草精 (1/4 tsp) 7) Plain Flour 普通面粉 (250g) 8) Cocoa Powder 可可粉 (50g) 9) Baking Soda 苏打粉 (1 + 1/2 tsp) 10) Baking Powder 泡打粉 (1/2 tsp) 11) Salt 盐 (1/4 tsp) 12) Chocolate Chip 巧克力粒 (340g) ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ NOTE: 1. Do not over mix the batter otherwise gluten will develop and causing the muffin to be less soft & moist.
