Our TRAILR2/CDH17 antibody consists of a TRAILR2 binding site and an anchor target CDH17. The bispecific antibody crosslinks TRAILR2 with CDH17, inducing TRAILR2 oligomerisation, which in turn activates the apoptotic pathway and kills CDH17-expressing tumour cells. This TRAILR2/CDH17 antibody is currently undergoing clinical investigation in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancers. BI 905711 is an investigational compound and has not been approved. Its safety and efficacy have not been established. To find out more about ongoing clinical trials in cancer please go to: https://www.mystudywindow.com/trials/...
