How To Shoot On The Move Drill

In this video I discus a how to shoot on the move drill. This drill is the foundational drill for learning efficiency and good shooting on the move skills. The drill is simple, use four cones and set up a diamond formation then simply move from cone to cone and engage the target as soon as you are in front of the cone. The key is to be ready to shoot the second you’re in your shooting position.
