She Rode to Work After the Crash. A Jury Awarded $12M

How did a cyclist who stayed upright after a low-speed collision end up with a jury verdict exceeding $12 million? In the first of two episodes about Hickey v. Harrington, Miles Cooper speaks with Michael Stephenson, Lucy Allen, and Blake Bostwick of Bay Area Bicycle Law. The collision left no obvious scene of catastrophe, and the client already had significant medical challenges.
