What if you could take a baseball team logo and turn it into custom keychains, koozies, coasters, wall plaques, backpack tags, desk signs, and more? In this video, I show how to use free online tools, MakerWorld models, AI-assisted design, and Bambu Studio primitives to create personalized 3D-printable projects from a simple team logo. I start with a baseball team logo and demonstrate how to turn it into multiple custom designs using positive parts, negative parts, imported STLs, text, color painting, merged assemblies, and basic geometric primitives such as cubes, cylinders, and spheres. You do not need advanced CAD software for these techniques. Much of the customization can be done directly inside Bambu Studio using tools that are already available for free. I show how merging the parts can prevent those problems and create a cleaner, more reliable print. For the koozie example, I demonstrate how to measure the can opening and create a precisely sized negative cylinder. The example uses a 67 mm diameter so the can can fit inside the finished design. This is a useful technique whenever you need to create an opening, recess, screw hole, bottle space, or other accurately sized cutout. I also show how to customize free MakerWorld designs, including a baseball-themed koozie, an Igloo-style cooler koozie, and my own football jersey koozie design from Timberlake Creations.
