Limiting Beliefs About Age: Why You're Never Too Old to Start Over

Limiting beliefs about age are the #1 barrier keeping women stuck in midlife. But here's the truth: that belief isn't a fact - it's something you learned, and it's something you can unlearn. In this episode, I walk you through the exact 4-step process I use with my clients to break down limiting beliefs that have been holding you back for years: 1. Where did this belief come from? 2. How true is it really? (Look for the evidence) 3. What would be possible if you let it go? 4. What do I choose to believe instead? You'll hear stories of women who refused the "too old" narrative - Roger Bannister, Vera Wang, Julia Child, and many others who built their greatest achievements after 50. And you'll learn why reinvention isn't about becoming someone new. It's about finally becoming fully yourself. Whether you're questioning your career, your identity, or your future - this episode is for you. Because you are not too old. You never were. *Take the Quiz:* https://imtncoach.com/li-po-sc-ka *Book a Call:* https://imtncoach.com/li-po-bc-ka *28 Days Confidence Guide:* https://imtncoach.com/li-po-ch-ka *Ikigai Clarity Assessment:* https://imtncoach.com/li-po-ik-ka *Timestamps:* 00:00 — Introduction: The "Too Old" Belief 00:39 — What is a Limiting Belief? 02:51 — Why This Belief is Everywhere (and Why It's Not True) 04:05 — Step 1: Where Did This Belief Come From? 05:58 — Step 2: How True Is This Belief Really? 08:30 — Evidence Against the Age Belief (Real Stories) 10:15 — Step 3: What Would Be Possible Without This Belief? 11:48 — Step 4: What Do You Choose to Believe Instead? 13:00 — Reinvention = Becoming Fully Yourself 14:15 — The Power of Community in Breaking Limiting Beliefs 16:50 — Final Message: You Are Not Too Old --- *Your Coach,* Kavita Ahuja It's My Time Now Coaching imtncoach.com
