Testing Polychromos Skin Tones on a Rita Berman Coloring Page | Ambient Color Scapes

Today I’m continuing my exploration of Faber-Castell Polychromos colored pencils. I start by filling in part of the Polychromos color-family chart by colour with Claire, then test three Polychromos skin-tone combinations using Color with Claire’s skin-tone charts. After swatching the colors, I take one of the combinations to a Rita Berman coloring page and see how it looks on the actual artwork. This is part color charting, part pencil testing, and part coloring session as I continue learning how I want to work with Polychromos.
