Tbetan Cultural Parade in Paris 27th Sept. ཧྥ་རན་སིའི་བོད་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་གཅེས་སྲུང་གི་ལས་འགུལ་ཆེན་མོ་།

ཧྥ་རན་སིའི་བོད་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་གཅེས་སྲུང་གི་ལས་འགུལ་ཆེན་མོ་། Tashi Delek everyone, Today, Tibetans in Paris came together for a peaceful cultural parade through the streets of Paris — an important moment to share and celebrate who we are as Tibetans. Through our culture, language, traditions, religion, heritage, and history, we wanted to show the people of Paris and the wider French public the distinct identity of the Tibetan people and the richness of our cultural heritage. This was the first time that Tibetans in Paris have organized such a cultural parade, bringing our traditional dress, music, and cultural expressions into the streets of Paris. At the same time, the parade was also a peaceful expression of our concerns regarding a new Chinese law being implemented this year and its implications for Tibetan cultural and religious identity. We are proud to have successfully concluded our peaceful parade today in Paris. More than simply an event, this was a moment for our community to come together, raise awareness, and remind the younger generation of the importance of preserving our identity. I sincerely hope that our new generation will continue to carry forward, protect, and preserve our ancient Tibetan culture, language, traditions, religion, and heritage for generations to come.
