I Purchased the Bluvall K10 and this Happened...

This is my honest review of the Bluvall K10 Ebike Here are some timestamps of key points in this video: 15:16 - I suspect something is wrong 16:49 - Battery bars are very low on the display 17:05 - I figure out that the bike is only pulling power from the upper battery and NOT the lower battery 19:09 - I have 12 miles to get home and only have 1 Bar of battery left on the display 29:37 - Error code E06 pops up on the display 32:29 - Only getting a speed of 10 MPH full throttling 38:15 - I've got 3 miles to get home still and I have to just walk the bike home 38:52 - Contacting Bluvall customer service 39:36 - We've come to the conclusion that the lower Battery slot is the problem 40:23 - Having to send Bluvall the same pictures and videos over and over
