Episode 3 ll Day 2 ll Saigon

Welcome back to Episode 3 of our Vietnam travel series! Today, we are slowing things down and exploring the vibrant streets of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) on foot, taking our time to soak in the local atmosphere. We start Day 2 with a slow, delicious brunch of Cơm Tấm Sườn (traditional broken rice with grilled pork chops)—the perfect fuel for a day of walking. From there, we wander over to admire the beautiful architecture of the historic Saigon Central Post Office before heading up into the unique, artsy spaces of the Cafe Apartments on Nguyen Hue for a quiet coffee break. Later in the afternoon, we catch a cool breeze at Bến Bạch Đằng wharf, stroll down the spacious Nguyen Hue Boulevard, and window shop through Saigon Square and the famous Bến Thành Market. To wrap up a beautiful day of exploring, we head over to Bùi Viện Walking Street to unwind with a few well deserve drinks and watch the city come alive at night.
