David Berkowitz: The Son of Sam

In the summer of 1976, the city of New York was thrown into a state of terror. A madman was on the loose, wandering the streets and killing people at random. This was a killer who loved publicity, sending vicious, taunting letters to the police and media. Each one was signed with the moniker ‘Son of Sam’. When fate finally caught up with the monster, he was revealed to be a chubby introvertby the name of David Berkowitz.
