MERCY & MOIRA FIXED: the OW2 Support Solution

Overwatch 2 has a support problem. Blame 5v5, blame power creep, blame whatever, the fact remains that regardless of what you think of the design choices of the game, the HERO design of several of the heroes (Moira and Mercy especially) is problematic. One-dimensional, easy, cheese, frustrating to play with (or against)- the support role has a LOT of issues, some major some minor.
