Kirkwood City Council Work Session — Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The open session will be followed by a closed session in the Main Level Conference Room pursuant to Missouri Sunshine Law, RSMo Chapter 610.021(1), for legal matters, and 610.021(2), for real estate. Work Sessions provide an opportunity for the City Council to discuss upcoming issues, receive briefings from staff, and review policy matters. Per Kirkwood practice, Work Sessions are for Council discussion only and do not include a public comment portion.
