(She is completely unrelated to JJ Studios' and Sack The Shadowy Goof's Xain; this is a coincidence, as I wasn't really keeping track of exes at the time of her creation, and it was quite some time ago. I only found out about JJ Studios' Xain after Nominal was cancelled and by that time I couldn't rename Lady Kira.) She is a mortal daughter of Lord X's incarnation in the Freedom Planet universe. Seeing Avalice's hedgehogs didn't quite suit his taste, X took the form of his second favourite kind - a fox. Gray one, that is. Having artificially "retroactively continued" himself into the world of Avalice, he left when the time came, and nobody ever suspected he was not from the world. Except for her, of course. After a thorough investigation, she found more than Lord X would have ever wanted her to know. Now, in order to start the Eclipse, the Moon must make her way. A mortal mind makes a timely treason. --- In all honesty, I am not sure why I even made this. I was inspired by YMA's rhythm and decided to mess around with drums and Lady Xain's test motif (by the way it's lifted from "Cycles Encore Very Early WIP", and so is the Chronotrigger soundfont piano), and suddenly a few first lines came in mind that I decided to expand upon. This is my first time writing full lyrics for a song of mine, and the lyrics are intentionally very derivative of other SM songs, especially YMA, TFR and R-H. Make of that whatever you will. Maybe even find all the references while you are at it. Sadly, I didn't find a singer. But I am forever grateful to all who reacted, gave feedback etc. in the dms when it was just in the workings. As for why I decided to even tie Exeverse and Freedom Planet like this, I don't know either. Just thought it would be fun or something. Usually it's just Lilac or Carol who become "exefied" (no hard feelings to anyone who does this), and I wanted to take a different approach. Why not take the title "Lord" literally and make X a part of old nobility of Shuigang? I still feel very unsure of this. I was going to cancel the song like three times for a number of reasons.
