I found this 150-year-old rusty MILK TESTER, a mysterious antique tool covered in heavy rust, dirt and corrosion. At first glance, it looked like a machine that had been forgotten for generations, with almost no sign of its original condition. Instead of giving up on it, I decided to take on a complete restoration and see if I could bring this unusual antique tool back to life. In this restoration, I completely disassembled the MILK TESTER and carefully inspected its major parts before beginning the rebuild. The old dirt, grease and heavy rust were removed, the metal parts were cleaned and restored, and the individual components were carefully worked on to bring back their original appearance. After cleaning and restoring the individual parts, everything was carefully reassembled and the antique MILK TESTER was given a fresh finish.
