After a quick coffee and donut stop, we explore the Valencia Cathedral, vibe with a live street brass band outside the Central Market, and step inside La Lonja de la Seda (The Silk Exchange)—a jaw-dropping UNESCO World Heritage site that costs only €2 to enter!
