Day 10/100 🔒 — Let me ask you something: How selfish are you? 👀 I was thinking about an old episode of The Cosby Show where Theo and Cockroach were trying to get on a dance show, but there was only ONE spot left. Cockroach took it. Theo was upset because he thought his friend should've offered the spot back. And it got me thinking... How many opportunities are we supposed to give up just so somebody else won't be disappointed? At some point, you have to be a little selfish about your life. Selfish about your growth. Selfish about your time. Selfish about your peace. Selfish about the opportunities that could move your life forward. I'm not talking about hurting people or only caring about yourself. I'm talking about finally understanding that looking out for YOU doesn't automatically make you a bad person. Sometimes self-love sounds like: “I love you, but I'm choosing me this time.” And during this Great Lock-In, I'm learning that if I'm serious about elevating my life, there are going to be moments when I have to choose myself.
