Cawarden — Walter’s Walkway Takes Flight

🏗️ 12 minutes from lift-off to landing. Decades of expertise made it possible. Looking back at a milestone from this summer, the successful removal of Darley Abbey Mills Bridge for Derby City Council was the result of exceptional teamwork, specialist expertise and meticulous coordination. Delivered as part of a complex emergency project, the lift showcased the collaborative efforts of everyone involved to safely remove the bridge while safeguarding the local community, historic setting and UNESCO World Heritage Site. A proud moment for everyone involved in delivering this complex emergency project!
