The remedy for depression is to HOPE in the Lord that He is greater than our feelings and also in touch with them as well. Psalm 42:5 helps us to navigate those feelings and that they are human valid feelings . Talking to God about how you’re feeling or connecting with positive friends and family is also another way to get through those seasons.
