LAYERS vs LOOSE - full tutorial and comparison

Not talking about morals, talking about two very valid painting styles... Let's paint both pumpkins using the same colours, one with multiple layers of glazes and washes and the other in a loose brush stroke style. We can place them side by side and have a heated debate!
