What Does Paranoia Feel Like?

Have you ever felt paranoid? For me, it was the fear of fear itself. I didn't always know what I was afraid of, I was just plain afraid. Sometimes I was afraid of the people in my life, other times I was afraid of my environment. But more than anything I was afraid that the FBI was out to get me. I went to great measures to protect myself from perceived threats. It put me in survival mode, where I would do anything to save my life.
