The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon (PS2) Full Game | No Commentary

The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon is an action-adventure platform game developed by Étranges Libellules and published by Sierra Entertainment. It was originally released in 2008 for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, and Nintendo DS. The game is the third and final entry in The Legend of Spyro trilogy, concluding the rebooted storyline that began with The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning. The story takes place three years after the events of The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night. Spyro and Cynder escape from a magical crystal prison and discover that the world is being consumed by the corruption of the returning Dark Master. Together, they embark on a final journey to save the Dragon Realms from destruction. Unlike previous Spyro games, the adventure places equal emphasis on Spyro and Cynder, and the two dragons can be switched between freely during gameplay. Each character possesses unique elemental powers and combat abilities. The gameplay combines platforming, exploration, aerial traversal, and combat. A major new feature is the ability to fly freely at almost any time, allowing players to explore large environments without being restricted to specific flying levels. Combat is more dynamic than in earlier entries, featuring combos, aerial attacks, elemental abilities, and cooperative teamwork between Spyro and Cynder. The game also supports local cooperative play, letting a second player control Cynder throughout the adventure. The tone is noticeably darker and more epic than the classic Spyro games, with cinematic cutscenes, dramatic storytelling, and a large-scale fantasy atmosphere. The game features a high-profile voice cast, including Elijah Wood as Spyro, Christina Ricci as Cynder, Gary Oldman as Ignitus, and Mark Hamill as the Dark Master.
