E Rumley cold start and dyno run

In this video we cold started the big E Rumely and belt it up to the prony brake. I cant remember the Horse Power but I do remember it being close to factory numbers. These antique tractors need a little finessing when they are cold. I believe it was also the first start of the year. Enjoy :)
