After experiencing domestic violence and walking away from a life that was no longer safe or healthy for me, I found myself having to rebuild my life from the ground up. Starting over wasn’t easy. I had to rebuild my confidence, my peace, my finances, my home, and my vision for my future. But starting over doesn’t mean your life is over. Sometimes God allows you to leave what was destroying you so He can lead you into something you never imagined. In this video, I’m sharing what it has really been like to start over in my 50s—with limited resources, a new home, a new sense of identity, and a desire to create a peaceful life that belongs to me.
