We Made It to the MAJOR… But This Is Where It Ends 💔 | Esports Manager 2026

This is the final chapter of our Lithuanian team journey. We started this series with just $10,000 on Hard Mode, built a team from scratch, and tried to take a fully Lithuanian roster all the way to the top of the world. And now… we made it to the Major. Going into the tournament, we were ranked #18 in the world. We managed to survive the group stage and advance all the way to Stage 3 — but unfortunately, that's where our Major run came to an end. We couldn't make it to the playoffs. We finished the journey ranked #17 in the world. Along the way, we had plenty of problems. Some of our players suffered injuries, others completely fell out of form, and I was constantly having to change things around just to keep the team competitive. But the biggest problem was money. We simply didn't have the funding to keep signing better players and take the next step. We were starting to get stuck in the same place, and I didn't want to drag the series out just for the sake of making more episodes. So this is where I decided to end the Lithuanian team journey. We didn't win the Major. We didn't make the playoffs. But we took a team that started with $10,000 and made it all the way to the Major and #17 in the world. And honestly… I'm proud of how far we got. Thank you for watching this journey. ❤️
