Don't think I'm actually back to doing this regularly again. Consider this a one off I recorded on a whim. Decided to host a DA challenge and I had to at least show that I could still abide by my own rules. The Shackled DA challenge is a self imposed challenge I've placed on myself and finally managed back around the end of May, 20225 (back when the two most broken agents I had were just Miyabi and Astra). The goal was to show a few of my friends that limited W-engines, Mindscapes, cracked drive discs, and eventually the strongest characters weren't necessary if you had good enough builds and skill to achieve nine stars in Deadly Assault. I've kept it up every DA since in order to challenge myself and keep proving my point. Since the goal is just get to 20k on each boss, if a run is kind of scuffed, but manages to cross the 20k finish line, that's all I need. So expect mediocre game play in most cases because all I care about with this is the bare minimum for an S rank. My hope is that this can be something to point to when players feel like the end game is unreachable unless they get limited w-engines, mindscapes or spend an eternity in the disc mines. I personally only gamble on discs at Bardic Needle when I pull for a new agent and only used Victoria Housekeeping tickets (now just ether batteries) in the actual disc farming location when I was going to overcap and during double drop events.
