Solar Light Works in Sunlight but Not at Night? Easy Fix!

This solar light only works when the solar panel receives sunlight, but during the night it is no longer working. Upon inspection, I found that the solar panel works and gives power, but the battery is not accepting charge. Because the battery was the problem, I replaced it with one from an old emergency light. Check my video and see if it it worked.
