2007 Lincoln MKX - power seat stuck reclined (bad switch - worn out)

The passenger seat would recline (go back) but would not return (go forward). After removing the seat and doing some testing I found that it was a bad or worn out switch. With the joystick plate off of the switch I could return it to its upright position (since there was some extra play then) while I waited for the replacement. (Replacement was $45 on Amazon).
