Weekly Bake Off challenge👩‍🍳 Bake episode 1's technical challenge coffee & walnut cake with me 🥣

Welcome to the first episode of my new series where each week I follow what the bake off technical challenge and try to recreate it myself! I loved doing this one but baking cakes is my comfort zone... even if my phone fell on the cake at the end, LOL. Hope you enjoy, cant wait to bake next weeks!
