Dynamic Mesh OpenFOAM Tutorial 4 - SolidBody and AMI

This tutorial explains the use of solidBody mesh motion solver in conjunction with the non-conformal interface treatment operated by the Arbitrary Mesh Interface (AMI) in OpenFOAM. In order to set up the case, the use of mergeMeshes and createPatch is also explained. Constructive comments and suggestions are welcomed.
