This video shows you how to install a new set of valve cover gaskets on your 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee (4.7L V8). Valve covers will begin to leak oil when the seals eventually break down. A new valve cover gasket set will make sure the oil stays inside the engine where it belongs!
This repair was done on a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7L Sport Utility 4-Door AWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
