1963 Mercedes Benz 220SE Reverse Shift Socket Bushing Replacement

While showing my 1963 Mercedes Benz 220SE Heckflosse (W111) at a Concourse event (Festival of the Wheel) in Charlottesville, VA, I lost the ability to go into reverse gear. I finished the show and drove the 60 miles home as I still had the four forward gears. The next day I discovered that the bushing for the reverse shift socket bushing had fallen out. This video documents that discovery and subsequent repair.
