Deadly Advent Compilation (Battlecats part 21)

All the deadly advents were on today so I decided to knock them all out. Except for King Wahwah cuz I don’t want to use ubers. The energy restore event made doing this much less annoying. No Plan A is my new least favorite stage. Really the only way to beat it that I know of (other than ubercarry) is to stall with a crazed lion at the start, send another once a trolly blogger hits your base, lure the first gory to the base, send bahamut, and pray that bahamut can kill the slepnir without getting sniped by clionel. Then pray that clionel dies before the second slepnir comes. It’s rng hell with slepnir knockbacks and trolly bloggers never coming at a consistent time. I ended up wasting 90 catfood on sniper powerups for a strategy where I stored a sniper knockback to use on clionel right after the first slepnir died, but I ended up ditching that strategy. I tried strategies where I’d lure and bahamut the second slepnir, but found it more consistent to just blitz clionel after the first slepnir with an attack up combo and more rushers. But yeah fuck that stage. Took me like 40 attempts, and that includes one where I won and forgot to record and another where I won and the recording was bugged and didn’t show the whole thing. Realm of Carnage was way easier. I even did it first try off camera. But that try I was using a rush strat which I found very difficult to recreate. So I used the classic strat of waiting for R Ost to send bahamut and chain 4 hits to kill it. Then just whittling down Hannya’s hp. I just brought all my anti red units for the boss as well as the bore and had no issues with either of those enemies. Finally there was deeply dreaming. It took me a few tries to get it but it was still pretty easy. I brought thauma to help icat stall the bore at the start. Then just time the cannon for base hit and try to remember that meatshields are trash in this stage. But yeah I am now caught up with my old highschool file in terms of progression. So this is the farthest I’ve made it into the game. Which is awesome cuz it’s only been like 2 months since I started this file. I’ll leave timestamps and lineups in the comments. Take care
