Deck Checkin Lord of Nazgul not a CEDH deck over $700

** I came to find out that this would not qualify as a CEDH dec, I was wrong, my bad. The Nazgul, fallen kings of men that are beholden to their pursuit of the One Ring. Their leader, the Lord of the Nazgul, is a ferocious opponent in Magic: the Gathering and in Lord of the Rings. This cEDH deck is not a cheap one, at over $700 bucks, and some will point to it being a budget card and say it is not competitive. They are wrong: play against it.
