Prepare your heart to receive DELIVERANCE by humility & faith in Jesus Christ.

You can position your heart before God to receive deliverance. There are things you can do to prepare your heart to receive freedom. Deliverance and healing go together. The New Testament tells us that those who had evil spirits were healed. So, as I talk about deliverance, the same principles apply to healing. Many times, sickness is caused by a spirit. It is God’s grace that sets you free from demons. When Jesus Christ died on the cross, He gave us grace. The blood of Jesus speaks of grace. By grace, you have been saved, and this is not by your own works—it is the gift of God. Some people think that by praying a lot, singing a lot, or physically striving, they can force demons to leave. But deliverance comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. This grace will set you free from demons, but you must position your heart to receive it. Two important conditions of the heart are necessary for deliverance: 1. Humility Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, and in due time, He will lift you up. Submit yourself to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you. When you are in a place of humility, the devil has no power over you. 2. Faith Faith connects you to God’s grace. According to your faith, it will be done for you. Jesus is looking at the condition of your heart. When you come before Him with faith and humility, you position yourself to receive deliverance.
