Gran Turismo 2 Beta Footage Part 4 (E3 1999)

Here is some recently discovered footage of Gran Turismo 2 at E3 in 1999! The game is very early in development here, looking somewhat like Gran Turismo 1, especially the speedometer. It's also interesting to see a lot of a beta version of Seattle - only seen in screenshots of the game previously.
