This was the only map I had success with: Belden. Here are the steps I took: Open the hero gates as soon as possible (even from a distance), so heroes can level quicker for more soul energy. I try to maintain my level at -3. I try to reach prestige 300, 500, 800, 1200, 1500 as soon as possible for the torture gimmicks.
