Roaring Skylancer Raid Boss location

This is a level 70 Raid Boss, without minions. The way to find it is simple, just walk from Aden following the road. Or, even faster, teleport from Aden to Coliseum and walk from there. The only tricky part is that you have to climb the mountain which you might not know that you have to.
