I COOKED a FRESH FISH SALAD for Lunch!! (FL CATCH-AND-COOK)

In today's episode, I go to the Intracoastal Waterway right next to my hotel in Deerfield Beach, Florida, to catch some "fish protein" for a mean Catch-and-Cook!!! The recipe of the day?! They are marketed fresh -- "wildly caught," and the markets sell up to 100,000 kilograms (220,000 lb) per year. Thus, a lot of folks in the USA have tried this fish before!!! 🥗...Being diagnosed with Hyperuricemia, there are certain species of fish that I am not supposed to consume. Different species of Herring, Trout, Sardines, Sprats, etc, are all very high in purines.
