[FULL STORY] What If Madara Never Disappeared?

What if Madara Uchiha survived the Valley of the End and, instead of hiding in a cave for decades, walked straight back to the Hidden Leaf and told Hashirama he was still alive? No masked man, no Pain, no secrets. Madara keeps the Rinnegan for himself, attacks the Leaf on the night Naruto is born, leads the Akatsuki in the open, and turns Shippuden into a race against an old man who is running out of time. All the way to the four Hokage, Obito's choice, and one last moment between two old friends. 💬 Who was scarier: Madara in the shadows, or Madara out in the open?
