In partnership with Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Housing Authority officially broke ground on Oxford Green, a 20-unit affordable homeownership development designed to bring energy-efficient, sustainable rowhomes to the Sharswood community. This milestone marked the exciting first step in transforming vacant lots into vibrant, permanent family homes through collaboration, community investment, and future homeowner sweat equity.
